MatchMatch is an intriguing game of pattern recognition that is simple to play, yet difficult to master. It engages your visual brain for hours of fun and healthy mind exercises.
MatchMatch is the first game in the trilogy of entertaining pattern recognition games created by Exideas. The other two are: TetroMatch (currently on the iTunes Store) and FibuMatch, (coming soon).
Play it with two thumbs, or play it one handed. Either way, you are supposed to tap and match moving targets that are displayed on screen. You start by matching targets of simple colors, but as the game progresses, the number of colors used in each target increases, requiring more of your attention. At the same time, the higher the number of colors, the higher the score of each match.
You play in stages of 30 seconds, which present you with increasingly more colorful targets.
You are given three lives to start with. If you accidentally mismatch two targets, or if you don’t get enough points at each stage, you lose a life. But if you persevere, after each ten thousand points, you regain a life back. So even if you lose a life inadvertently, you have a chance to get it back and continue.
The game keeps your top ten scores, and lets you compare them with the top scores of everyone in the world.
